I was alliance boosted character. Ive unlocked the alliance version of the great seal but for some reason the great seal isnt unlocked once i went horde.
Can someone help? idk where to start or what to do
Battle for Azeroth was an unfortunate lesson in splitting the main campaign between the two factions. Once faction changed, you rendered that character having done nothing for its new faction, so you’ll have to start from the beginning.
Starting point should be in the Valley of Strength in Orgrimmar, if memory serves.

Take the ship at the edge of the Troll starting area. Once there a quest on end of ride for you.

It looks like you found the quest, but for anyone else who may have the same question… you’d speak with the Warchief’s Herald and pick up Mission Statement.
After that intro you continue with Ready for War, which you appear to be on The Warfront Looms" at the moment. Good luck.
