The goblin aesthetic is getting really old, really fast

I’m not really looking forward to feeling like I’m in the Cataclysm goblin starting zone for weeks or months. Vibe gets old fast.

I spend most of my time outside of Undermine.

I love it, to each their own :person_shrugging:

I felt that. I love the Goblins in WoW but for me the schtick is best in small bursts. They remind me of the Ferangi who are my favorite Star Trek race especially in DS9. Loved their episodes but they too were best in small bursts.

I don’t do much Undermine stuff though so I’m happy that gobbo enjoyers get a zone they can fully immerse in that isn’t outdated by 15 years.

Well the Goblin aesthetic is what got me going the hardcore gamer on a WoW patch. I’ve never been this pumped before.

But you know what they say about opinions. :+1:

We’ve literally been in forests and canyons for multiple expansions… I love it.

I love it. The raid looks awesome and the Gollagio in particular is really well done. I like it a lot

I will say though, I’m ready for an undead expansion. Not like shadowlands, I mean like Wrath. Something dark, tragic and edgy.

I love the aesthetic but I hate every underground map. The only zone I like in tww is Isle of Dorn, cause it’s not underground.

Yeah, yall can deal with something unique and different for once.

Goblin aesthetic is great. There’s already a ton of forests or whatever, and there will be plenty in the future. Hoping we get more city-zones like this in the future instead of just cities

A whopping 2 patches in a row without boring cliche elf aesthetics and everyone loses their minds.

My problem is the zone is tiny. If it was bigger and had more to explore it would be great but this feels like they tried to cram all the activities of a real zone in 5% of the space.

We’ve had numerous expansions with a high focus on elven aesthetics and the base expansion was dwarven aesthetics.

The Goblin vibe isn’t 100% my speed, either, but I’m glad we’re getting something different. And I’m happy Goblin players are getting some time in the spotlight. Goblins haven’t been treated as much more than just a joke race for a long, long time, so having an actual zone taking them seriously is a nice change of pace.

My only problem with the zone is the lack of diversity in buildings resulting in every street looking the same. I can’t figure out where I am without opening the map half the time.

Don’t worry, before you know it you’ll be back to helping humans again.

I wouldn’t mind Undermine if we could fly.

???

TBC - not really … it’s only Silvermoon and BE starting zones; non-BE players will never see them
Wrath - nope
Cata - nope
MoP - lol nope
WoD - nope; mostly Orc and Draenei
Legion - OK
BFA - nope; troll and fat human
SL - nope
DF - nope
TWW - nope

So it’s really just one expansion and one or two zone in that expansion.

Don’t know what your fussing about, I like Undermine and the way the Goblin’s speak down there. Haven’t had this much fun in WoW for a while.

Doing the Cartel quests, especially working for Gazlowe, are extremely fun. Doing the Car missions are fun as well. The Raid so far on LFR is not that bad.

The only bad thing I could say is that the Underpin Delve is just too hard. Other than that It’s pretty much a great patch.
