Ah the classic, “there might be flaws so just do nothing instead,” argument. Things never change.
Person trades x for gold. Ok nothing too wrong with that.
But when it happens multiple times, its a gdkp and blizzard wont bother with your lawyeresk/lawyer-esque/lawyerist nonsense. They will just simply ban you. You act like they will adhere to their ToS loopholes like an actual court of law would.

Let’s not try to use “casual players” as a shield. Also, no one is entitled to a GDKP. “Casual players” played the game fine when GDKP wasn’t a thing, and they’ll play it fine without.
