So out of curiosity. What exactly is the problem of them eliminating M2-6 if people don’t want to do those and do delves instead? Is it because it makes them bad at M7+? or is it that the players running M2-6 who can’t do M7+ Are mad they can’t get the better gear M7+ offers? Or is it simply jealously that a different tract is offering better rewards and the people slogging through M2-6 dont think its “Fair”?
no problem if the difficulty matched consistently between content. the problem comes in that people are doing it becuase its so easy and then trying to jump into +7 keys that it becomes a problem.
So the problem is that people who don’t know what they’re doing because they’re bypassing content. Okay ,fair enough. lock keys, make it so you have to do them subsequently to get to M7+ instead of doing delves to get into M7+?
Yes you are.
Ce guilds don’t have ilvl requirements especially early tier. They may have them for recruitment during the tier but they don’t have them at the start of a tier.
You literally have no clue what you’re talking about.
You clearly can’t comprehend the point is to have more chances at hero track tier.
It’s insane how you still cant comprehend this.
Your ignorance isn’t an excuse.
ilvl alone is not getting you into a +7. Go through the ranks and show you can do 2-6 to some capacity. (Not you, specifically, just people in general that try.)
i honestly think people would just rather quit the game like they do now because they get that gear then realize no one wants to take them into higher content. instead of goign back and going through the keys they jsut stop participating.
Aka you can’t refute the facts. Probably don’t even have ce and are hiding on an alt.
I don’t like being forced to do delves because they are over rewarding.
I find delves braindead boring.
Delves awarding hero track is also negatively affecting mplus in the lower end.
Take your pick.
Well then it sounds like they’re going to stop participating either way. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isnt that how OG mythics worked when they were first introduced, you had to do M0 to do M1, then M1 to do M2, you couldn’t skip it. Its been ages since I touched mythic content (It holds 0 appeal to me) so I could be off there.
M+ crowd…us toxic never…that’s the casuals!
Casual crowd…toxic? Nu uh that’s the M+ crowd.
i agree but i think they should increase the difficulty of delves to match other content then make it scale higher. i would love to see and participate in delves that actually challenge me. would even be cool if they have mythic gear vaults if they go high enough.
Nope. It’s never been like that.
They did the squish to try and help people not have to grind their io up like that for pugging.
Nothing is stopping anyone from leveling a fresh toon and having friends boost them to a level 10 key.
i honestly dont know i came back in bfa.
My mistake then, I could have sworn mythic always had gated tiers.
No, but maybe I should have been more clear. Once you have 606 or higher in every gear slot and no longer need carved crests, and rely strictly on runed crests, you’re screwed. 2 runed crests per delve run. That’s it. Do the math, even if you’re incredibly lucky with bounty maps or 616 vault (no duplicates - which is very uncommon), you’re still running hundreds of delves to get your gear upgraded. That, combined with doing every weekly quest (for transmutation), every single week and it just becomes such an obnoxious and tedious grind.
Mind you, I’m talking strictly delve for gear progression. Once you need runed crests, which takes about 3-5 weeks and get to the 605-610 ilevel range, the system completely breaks down.
It’s all good.
It kind of did have a gate but it was player induced. Like if I was an alt I would need to get all keys to 3 then 5 then 7 ect to pug easier but there was never a hard lock requirement that would allow you to apply for higher keys. People just wouldn’t invite you.
When mythics first came into the game there was no m1 m2 it was just mythic.
It’s all about location.
There are no “facts” to refute. Hero track gear is pointless past week 2 and it’s fine to have it as a source that you can use instead of grinding more M+. Saying that it’s “bad” that there are two ways to get pre-raid hero track gear is not a defensible position.
As for my raiding history, like I said, my achievements are public.
Really hard to take achievements serious cause you can just buy most of the carries for them now.
