They’re number fondlers. They fondle numbers where numbers can be fondled. Ultra-competitive players in a non-competitive game.
I mean, Preach cried for Limit. It was glorious.

You don’t need to compete at the cutting edge to be a number fondler though. Try to pug a +15 or even a +10 key on a Feral Druid, Arcane Mage or MM Hunter.
These people will deny you without even understanding why because they saw some Limit guy say the spec is bad on a stream.
FYI I am not any kind of raider and I greatly oppose the locked covenant system because it is bad for game play. I almost feel like you support the locked system just because you think that you are sticking it to elites.
The bolded is the problem. Parrots will always over-emphasize what’s good in +20 Keys for +6 Keys. Get in a guild.
Oh look at my profile. Non-issue for me right now. But still guildies can’t always be around either.
you contradict yourself.
also all guilds flask, pre pot, and food buff for progression. method borrows millions of gold for consumables for progression.
then you have the tryhard puggers. flying through pre pots like they are candy, flasking every hour for everything they do.
but yeah, its the casuals burning mats. we have all pugged into normal raid guilds raid night. flasking not required and its a miracle if they food buff more than a snack.
Then start your own pug group. I really don’t get this defense of pugs angle. If parrots are going to be stupid, there are two ways of circumventing it.
The majority of casuals do things like farm old raids for tmog and mounts. raids dont just end when mythic players are done with them
Covenant abilities on the other hand disappear forever when its over
Blizzard can try as much as they want to prevent people from min maxing but time and time again the top players have show they’ll just play around it. All systems like this do is punish players who can’t play all day every day.
Blizzard should just stop trying to force players to play the way they want and just let people play the way they have fun like they used to.
Nothing of what I said is contradictory. Lower end guilds use more mats on average than higher end guilds during progression, and it’s spaced out more. Higher end guilds are more responsible for the initial burst, though that also hurts economically since after they are done, the farmers that made their gold now oversaturate the market, as is what’s happening right now with Zin’anthid for example.
When I’m selling carries on a mythic toon, I absolutely do not waste my gold flasking or potting, do you know why? Cause I’m 30 item levels above the content doing 4x the dps requirement, as is the rest of my carry group.
When I run 2-6 + keystones, the 475 or high end players are not using potions or flasks, the tryhard lowbies, that have no chance /are scared of Mythic progression are. Mythic raiders definitely consume flasks, they do not consume 90%, especially not averaged out over the lifetime of a patch.
member in 8.1 when they loosened the restrictions behind respecing azerite pieces? This is literally the same situation, the covenant system is doomed to fail if they go ahead as they are.
ok, i get it, you failed to fully explain your meaning previously. shocker.
so what your saying is, when you are grinding gold, you dont spend money. again, shocker. are you gonna tell us when you push IO you dont flask and food buff?
also, people buy +2-6…
We should just give Ralph his own channel on these forums.
and they had to make a currency to make the traits more accessible.
and they had to modify world quests to make the traits more accessible.
and the following raid had to drop a piece every boss to make the traits more accessible.
and they had to totally rebalance the traits because they were stupid imba.
but yes, blizz will totally avoid all of these pitfalls all on their own by doing the same thing they always do, but expecting a different result.
When the game continuously adds casual content and makes it so bad/unskilled players can compete with people who would otherwise be out of their league but people still imply the game is only balanced for MDI/Cutting Edge…ok
This is extremely extremely true and accurate, Ion pretty much said this aint overwatch, non skill factors will ALWAYS affect your performance.
Get em king.
Lot of haters around here
I agree well said sir the small % shouldn’t over take the rest of the playerbase.
disagree …
The game is quite literally littered in welfare, which is the only content you partake in. Pretty sure they do cater to you, but players that want to actually maximize their experience shouldnt be ignored because you guys have a phobia to being competitive
