yeah…been playing since 2017 here. This forum has BEEN pretty much EXACTLY the same thru my entire 5 year term so far. lol.
They come in here every week or so whining that ‘this is the worst the forum has ever been’ blah blah blah.
lmao.
And they expect to be taken seriously.

Well in the past Blizzard actually employed a forum moderation team that was active upon the forums. Now a days they depend upon us reporting one another and doing their jobs for them.

the irony is that Wow is still far better than most games even at its worst. lol.
It has to be compared it to its own former glory to see how far its fallen.

I’m ok with all of it on the forums, including topics I clearly disagree with.
It’s just a place for people to post their thoughts and no one has to agree with any op.
Censorship, 2020 style fact checking and excessive moderation are not good things.
I also realize that the forums do not represent any population of wow as only a minority of the pop even posts.

Lol wod was that bad because everyone was afk in their garrisons bored so they flocked to the forums to vent.
My favorite part of scrolling through this so far is where people with obvious social anxiety and communication issues are telling you you don’t like it here because you’re anti-social

This statement is quite all encompassing of a LOT of issues with this company…from that ‘cell phone’ crap a long bit ago…to the in house sexual harassment frat boy crap.
And then you get those like the OP here who insult the PLAYERS when they find something they decide to voice themselves about in here where ongoing and very obvious issues with the game are concerned.
I guess its the PLAYERS fault that bliz was harassing the female staff too according to this guy. lol.

At least OUR complaints are about the game we’re paying to play every flipping month and our wanting it made better in whatever way.

Why are you reading the forums if doing so is making you miserable?
The forums are for public discussion about the game, and that includes its current condition, and the developer’s / writer’s actions that have led up to it. Since the condition and those actions are less than stellar to put it kindly, it logically follows that criticism from an unsatisfied player base will often be less than constructive.
That’s just the nature of open discussion. As the old saying goes; if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

DF sounds like it MIGHT have some potential. And rest assured the whining about the last two expansions WAS taken into account if it is better.

The fourms have always been bad, its general knowledge. Good players never come here and the bad come here like flys on cow poop, lol.
To add to the badness, the mods are worse and are all bots. They never ban the trolls/toxic peope yet ban normal people for no/stupid reason. Hell, i got a month ban and multiple posts removed caz i called out a troll for the troll post they did and caz there name was one of those “ill name myself a rude/gross name but change one letter so its gets past the filtter”. Think i got reported by the same person on there alts (that shouldnt be a thing)
So yer, the fourms are known to be… bad. Its why the good people go to discord or reddit

Well, like any two year old throwing a fit they wear themselves out eventually. In the meantime I shall enjoy drinking their tears.
