No. The only compromise should be flying at max level for each toon.
There has not been a compromise yet, because that would assume dialog, debate, discussion and agreement would take place between the two parties. None of that has happened because the dev team does not relate to the customer out of fear or maybe arrogance/thinking this is “their” game.
Don’t settle for anything less than what we have earned and bought through the store. Flying without gating and hoops to jump through.

World of Warcraft just I like Diablo franchise, is Blizzard’s game/games. They own 100% intellectual right to do with them as they please. Design them how ever they wish.
The end user is just that a user. You do not own anything when it comes to the game. Your leasing the ability to play their game, which they hold all the right to even take away that ability if they feel you have broke the end user agreement at any time.
As a player of WoW or any of Blizzards games your simply a guest. And when you 1st logged into them you agreed to that by accepting the TOS.
Thank you for confirming my jab at the anti-flying neckbeards who use “convenience” as a dirty word. I just made that joke an hour ago in the You’re basically forced to ignore the lore topic. Here it is:
“The anti-flying zealots have such an Amish mentality that it’s become like a drinking game to start a new Pathfinder topic and see how long it takes for someone to use “convenience” as a dirty word.”

Yeah, that’s the whole point of flying.
Why should we continue to deal with all the ground clutter that made leveling such a chore? That’s the reward for reaching max level!

And when we don’t like what Blizzard does to the game, we have the right to leave. And when the devs initially announced that they were ending flying mounts altogether, so many players quit over the span of 13 days that the devs caved. Unfortunately, players returned when Pathfinder was announced, as if that was an acceptable option to them.
I was not one of them, and stayed away another four years.

That fabulous ground game.
Immersion.
No. Pathfinger is an ultimatum.
Removing flight was never an option.
Once you understand that fact, you will understand that Pathfinger is nothing but a spiteful, ever-changing way to force you through their crap “content” by ransoming the flight ability you’ve had since 2007.

No we don’t need “stages” we need Blizzard to start innovating with flying rather than acting like a child told to do the dishes before they can play their nintendo. Also they need to BTFO the part two nonsense.

Actually the player base has never recovered. Since WoD retail servers are largely empty and Blizzard refuses to merge them and that’s why everyone has to deal with CRZ instead of real server communities.

I still feel Nagrand and Caelestrasz pretty active.
You may see other players, but most of them have asterisks (*) by their names – they are CRZ from other servers.
It’s harder and harder to find players from my own servers these days.

A small reason but I hate CRZ if for no other reason than my RP addon can’t communicate with people on other servers. They could have amazing profiles that really fit with a character of mine and I’d never know of course that’s a topic for another thread entirely lol.

That is what transportation is – a convenience!
SMH
But don’t worry. 8.3 removes all that pesky “convenience.”
