man i spent all lockdown getting 100 reps to exalted for the blue recolor of lucid nightmare, and then shadowlands added 30 mounts of the same model only different hues of blue… and im so mad i wasted all that time.
This is why I never bother getting mounts that require a lot of grind or frustration unless I just really like the mount.
It’s not very wise to go after mount only because you think it might be rare.
Go after a mount because you like the mount. That way you have no reason to be mad just because others can get it easier now.
Yes yes, your effort and hard work matters. But honestly no one really cares about the effort and hard work someone else put into their mount collection.

i did like the mount because it fit a high elf theme for me but what was the point when i couldve just as well waited for bastion and the other blue horse

Rarity is a factor to most people. Especially completionists. Making a mount common is pointless, you are going to find this mount in everybody’s collection tab, but i doubt you will see people riding it. If we only go by appearance. Then everyone would swoon over the in game shop mounts. But instead you have everyone hating those who own them. I love how the player base has become so jealous and spiteful of those who spend money on the game or purchase TCGs for a large price in game. Everyone is just waiting for their handout.
