Came to add my complaint to the pile. Same thing - Rook and Sun both become unkillable and never come out of their transition phase due to not summoning all of their adds.
Can we please get some sort of response from Blizzard about this issue? This topic has been at the top of the bug report forums all week and still there’s no word or fix.
I dont know the ins and outs of what goes into this kinda thing but, if they dont know whats wrong or how to fix it, why not set the bosses health to 1 so they can be one shot by everyone…at least untill they do find a fix.
Was happy reset day…but nothing. This week I get 2 of them stuck in the golden lotus loop and one stays down. A few adds at first then nothing.

Hey Blizzard, Lets get those Devs to fix this. It’s kinda stupid at this point.
Hit with basic attacks the two male pandas 3 times, when they both are orange, kill with a blow the panda woman. Begin with He Softfoot.
It worked for me now. You can jump on the entrance a fall to the left part to reset fight when you get zone chnage and an enemy is attacking you.

I tried a few times. I couldn’t get Rock to not be broken. Sun was iffy. I know things get broken though and am not too upset, even if I reeeally want to far some stuff from in this raid.
One thing I’ve learned about Blizzard developers is that they will take their sweet time to fix old content bugs (if they even choose to fix them). Eventually players have to figure out some niche work-around to get through it ourselves.
Brought a friend to help. Seems like the only way you can clear this boss on mythic is to have enough damage to burst them all down within seconds of each other

Yup they got so tired of my weekly tickets about not being able to access Ra-Den’s chest they just sent me an mail with every loot off him I could use to complete all the trasmogs lol

I wouldn’t really call these ‘solutions’ of just burst them down really hard solutions at all. Not everyone can grasp that or can be bothered taking the time to figure out how to on certain characters.
If I can do it on my Hunter perfectly fine, but not my Warrior or Paladin, who I’m doing the raid for in the first place (cause Tusks obviously) when they were perfectly capable of auto-attacking them down while I watched something at the same time, then nothing beyond the fight getting fixed is a ‘solution’.
I’ll pretend taking a break from my six-month long farm in this instance is nice, but I am getting that itch in my brain that I haven’t done my four runs of it this week…
God knows I’ve submitted it as a bug ingame on both characters just in case they aren’t looking here, but it baffles me as much as everyone else that this issue happened at all.
Bugged for me as well. Sent 2 reports so far about it, one last week and the other today. REALLY hoping to see a blue post or something regarding this soon.
Well, my membership runs out in 6 days, I renewed it try to get into the Classic Beta, and to run SoO on all my characters(dozens and dozens of clears).
I will not renew until Classic or until this Bug has been fixed.*

Im also experiencing this issue, Ive tried 8 times and cannot complete it. Ive submitted a bug report in game.
Adding another voice to the pile - we were trying to run it last week to get the Riddler’s Mind worm and got stuck there, tried multiple times, followed advice on how to kill them since the bug from wowhead… I’m tempted to say screw it and try to get on with a friends mage and see if she can nuke them enough to get us past the bug. Only sucks because we were doing this on our horde toons so we’ll have to do the prereq steps over again on our allys.
But yeah, this isn’t also messing up mog runs, it’s making one of the special legion mounts unobtainable.
Still bugged. Just activated my 2 accounts to have a shot in winning the classic BETA. Well since I have gametime lets play a bit, went on farming mounts SoO bugged, just read 300 posts and in one saying DragonSoul its bugged too, yay.
Word of advice, don`t move all your best personal to the mobile content, or you might lose your market on pc gaming.
