Only US and EU have confirmed. HOWEVER, if someone sends an Aussie a code, and it works, more power to them.

And what of the rest of the world? You know I wouldnt mind this dumb promotion as long as Blizzard say something to the effect of “dont worry guys in a year or so anyone can get it from the trading post”.

What about it? I can’t help that some bloke in Point Nemo got wifi and an account wants a promo item available in a few countries. Or you know, make a friend in the US, have them give you a code, and see if it works before you go off the deepend about some pixels.

Or I can call out Blizzard for being pretty horrible in these promotions for countries not in North America/Europe(sometimes not even Europe) even though one of its supposed value is “think globally”.

It’s not because they don’t want everyone to participate. There are laws that they have to abide by and many countries limit or straight out ban these types of things.

They’re not available in the EU either. At least not that I’ve seen.

I really doubt my country has any particular laws about it. Regardless, all I want are alternatives, even a whole “yeah these things will be in the trading post someday for anyone who doesn’t get it” would be enough.
