I glanced through the original post of this thread thinking “I don’t really feel passionate enough about this subject to say anything on it”, but after seeing your reply… that is a lot of dwarves, haha. Arguably too many.

I actually would of preferred if you guys got your own furry race so Vulpera would stop getting attacked. Imagine if they made a bunny rabbit race for alliance. What would all the people that defected do then?

This is actually a funny aspect of the whole horde favoritism discussion, because there are things that both sides claim for themselves as “evidence” that the devs prefer one side or the other.
Alliance members see the vulpera v diaper gnome as a no brainer loss for them, horde got a cool new cute race, but we got a crappier gnome variant, whereas horde might see the little foxes as a fury blight on their faction, which i find highly amusing considering the percentage of them that play blood elf 
Same goes for certain stories within the game, the horde see their city being used as a raid and their bosses being killed as proof that the devs are pandering to the alliance, where as we see it as the story being all about the horde again, and we’re nothing more than helper NPC’s participating in fixing the things that are going bad, essentially helping the horde clean up their house and their issues.

I can’t imagine leaving a faction because of a new race, haha. I’m not too picky about the allied races in general though. I’m one of the odd ones out and think Kul Tirans aren’t bad, I actually wish they’d get more customization options. I want to make one that’s face is just painted like Lady Ashvane. Don’t think I’d play a bunny though.
And yes, I know. You just made me realize how the dwarf population will be a little out of hand in general. Normal dwarves, dark iron dwarves, these stone dwarves… dwarves for days on the way, haha.

I would honestly probably make one of every class they can be on Alliance. I love cartoonish cute things killing giant angry things. Make me feel like I’m in a Pixar film more pls.
Fun fact. The Devs originally admitted that pandas being able to play both factions was a mistake and that they would never again create a neutral race that could join either faction.

they just said that cuz they didnt want alliance to have high elves. lol
I always wished that they’d follow through on that April Fools joke, the one where they talked about adding a faction betrayal quest line, where any race could undergo a long quest chain and essentially change sides. I know it would hurt Blizzard on the faction change cash side of things, but they could just sell the item for real cash on the store, kinda like that item back in WOTLK that started a quest for a weapon, i can’t remember the name of it but you see them on the BMAH sometimes.

Dracthyr aren’t Elves. They have one side that can have a visage form. They are supposedly getting more forms later on.
I just think it’s lame we didn’t get Helves because the population was too small and then we get these void elves which to my understanding were a group who just studied under some guy? Umbric must lead a large class.

the horde could have goblin faeries and the alliance could have gnome faeries. when you go to sit down, a mushroom appears as a chair beneath you automatically. itd be like a page out of some ancient fantasy book with paintings.
i theorize that they started working on that and it was disapproved at the last minute, so the assets were put on the game shop, as a mog
