The Decision to Give us an Easier Sapphiron Foreshadows a Nerfed TBC

What’s really going to nerf TBC is prior knowledge of how the meta will unfold. People are going to class/race/profession stack ahead of time.

The fights were tuned around players stepping into the unknown, and even the nerfed fights were difficult for most players.

From what I read on their post, this isn’t a “nerfed” Sapphiron encounter, it is a Sapphiron encounter that is the same as the one that was in original vanilla naxx.

The only difference is that limitations before in Vanilla WoW caused the aura to tick every 2 seconds instead of the intended every 1 second. Now after implementing Sapphiron in classic wow, the aura was ticking every second which was the original design, but not the original execution.

The aura ticked every 2 seconds back in 2006 and it ticks every 2 seconds now. I don’t see where the nerf is?

People like the OP don’t want authentic. They want buffed encounters so they can flex their epeen and demonstrate how leet they are. Also, they really don’t like it when ‘normal players’ are able to complete the same content they do.

LOL no.

I want original TBC raids.

Except this is exactly how it worked in vanilla. The tooltip on DoT stated that it did damage every second, but it only actually ticked every 2 seconds.
