The Death of Rastakhan is a Sweet Victory for the Horde

One ship on one battle. You are thinking too small scale and too short term. You need to look at this with the eyes of a general.

How much of the game takes place on the sea? How much of the game takes place on land? Boats dont mean **** in a world with aircrafts and mana bombs. The only reason navy’s are relevant irl is for aircraft carriers. I dont see any aircraft carriers in game. Grats on controlling the sea with your army of farmers lol

A smart general would fly that boat to every city and win in a single day.

Thing is the force we faced in Undercity was only a token one …the whole idea was to lure us into the city so we could be blight bombed. Believe me if the whole of the Horde is brought to bear especially with the iron horde backing them. Well let’s just say a flying ship or even the Vindicar will not be enough.

Let us take for example chess. The Queen is the most powerful piece on the board but it alone cannot secure you to victory as in the right circumstances it can be taken out by even a lowly pawn. War is the same way, in order to win you must be willing to play the long game.

In warfare between two continents separated by the ocean control of the seas will win the war. Sure there is portal magic but from what I can see it can only transport small things like humanoids and in small numbers. Thing like siege machines and armies need ships. That is why Kul Tiras/Zandalar were so integral for the Alliance/Horde to ally with it was for their navies.

We just now took out the Zandalari Fleet …the Alliance now controls the sea… which means the battle is now in our favor.

I’m sure they’ll have fun with Azshara then

Shhhhh, you’re not supposed to know that yet. (But yes.)

Who says we will attack Bilgewater Harbor?

Silvermoon, Suramar, Daz’alor, even Orgirmar all border the sea, which means with control of the sea we can strike ANY of those cities at ANY time.

Believe me that right now, unless the Horde can even the odds on the water, it will not be a matter of if the alliance can with this but a mater of when.

I meant the character. With all the naga. In the water.

and how does that work out for him?

You seem to think of Bwonsamdi as a good thing…well bad news to you, he’s not. He’s a tricky devil. He will be a huge downfall for the horde as he’s services are “priced” at crazy bargains one should never do.

With Lord Stormsong dead Azshara lost her hold over the fleet and Stormsong Valley and in a future raid we are going purge the last bit of corruption form the Shrine of Strorms.

Sure she could re invade but it will be a LOT harder to do it now than it would have been before.

Legit kind of sad that Rastakhan is being killed off so soon. I had loved hearing about him from Vanilla through to Mop, just stories of him and I couldn’t wait til we eventually got to meet him. Now he’s portrayed as a bit of an idiot and killed off in the first patch.

I-I’m not upset. Not at all.

$10 says a whirlpool or some sea monster sinks most of the alliance fleet when the naga attack.

Look if there are TWO things Blizzard is still doing right A. doing EVERYTHING they can to help us RPers and B. Writing a decent story. I doubt Blizzard will go down THAT route.

He’s a joke, but he is legitimately one of the writer’s self-inserts and the story has actually been altered to give Nathanos more screentime, so he fits the bill.

They gave us a choice to side with Sylvanas or Sarufang in the questline.

and TBH ya have NEVER seen what Total War is like in medieval times. Stuff like what Sylvanas did was quite commonplace.

This should be in the story boards.

Also, blunt that edge.

Funny if this was posted on the story boards they would claim it belongs here.

Loa’jin sylvanas, bwonsamdi and talanji seem unbeatable. Ill be waiting to see how the alliance get out of this one.
