The Death of Rastakhan is a Sweet Victory for the Horde

during the vol’jin quest he says he dislikes her due to her “habit of keeping what she kills”

him and Bolvar both seem to have some beef with Sylvanas’ reckless actions

“Bounded”. I’m learning new words every day.

Arthas hated her because she tried to stop him from annihilating the high elves? Plus he’s dead now anyway?

Sure thing!

Bwonsamdi: Why would me want da Banshee Queen in charge? Nononono. Sure, I be all for war and death, but dat Sylvanas… she be tippin’ da scales too far.
Bwonsamdi: Balance be important! Besides, dat one got a nasty habit of keepin’ what she kills. No, ya warchief be no friend to ol’ Bwonsamdi.

Erm, no?

He’s defending Dazar’alor, the Zandalari capital, not the Horde. (Bwonsamdi)

And he flees at 50% because he still has Talanji and has no reason to actually risk his life for Rastakhan.

Rastakhan isn’t actually technically part of the Horde. He’s an ally of the Horde, but isn’t part of the Horde. His death is what causes Talanji to officially join the Zandalari to the Horde. Hence having to wait til 8.1.5 for playable Zandalari and Kul’Tirans.

Yeah, but you know none of that matters, right?

In the very next patch, Sylvanas will get the Crown of Oogity-Boogity and use the Rite of Whatsit to raise the Fleet of the Darned, all of whom obey her will unquestioningly, so that we’ll have something to fight.

Nothing matters. Everything is predictable. We’ve done all of this before.

Finally Horde gets a mary sue. Go count how many Alliance have.

TBF the Crown of Oogity-Boogity was referenced in the second level of WC2 if you clicked on a town hall 235 times in a row exactly in pace with the theme song of WC1. It’s cannon.

Didn’t you have Thrall for a long time?

Oh snap, you also have Nathanos, who is a legit self-insert of a writer.

The Warchief that abandoned us? And you’re just proving my point, you only named one since that was taken away from us we get another.

Eh I’ll just agree to disagree. No biggie.

WoW is full of mary sues but a mary sue can still be entertaining. BAD mary sues however are a whole other story.

Man, how bad does it need to be before you call it a bad Mary Sue?

VERY bad. Then again I created a few bad ocs myself so I guess I have a smidge more restraint.

Sylvanas, Thrall and Nathanos are all Mary sues.

I’ll give you Sylvanas and Thrall but why Nathanos? He’s practically a joke.

The Zandalari’s biggest asset to the Horde, their fleet, has been scuttled. The Alliance Now controls the seas …and with the seas in our command …this war has already been decided.

Why would the sea matter at all? Jaina literally flew a boat to UC and one shot the entire Horde.

Yeah but I respect how he’s so done with everything. He grew on me.

I hate him myself but I consider him one. A human that gets in with the Blood Elf rangers. In vanilla we are told to gather an army to kill him (a raid) yet he lived.
Only Forsaken to get a new body by his wifu. He’s literally a fan fiction his writer made of himself but compared to WoW’s other marry sues he’s not as bad I guess.
