i have been waiting this event for half year, and i just check the calendar in game, the event is gone. I belive a lot of DH players are waiting for the event as well but the next timewalking dungeon event which is 80’s are still there. that is so unfair.

Yeah I saw, while I have the xmog, I was really looking forward to using single minded fury with my glaives on my warrior in BT.

I was hoping for the timewalking event too because i’ve been grinding out the delicious chocolate cake recipe for weeks. This allows me to be closer in obtaining it. With it disappeared I will likely have to continue grinding out longer and more tedious stuff.
yah im hugely disappointed i just got the last warglaive this week and was really looking forword to bc timewalking to get the transmog and now its gone

Its intended. There are 2 reasons, 1, Shadowlands is out and there are no weekly events at the start of an xpac. 2, the weekly quest would give a raid quality item when the raid isnt out yet.
Happens every xpac. You can wait a lil longer, its not gonna kill you.

It was done intentionally.
The weekly quest would give you a raid item while the raid isn’t out, AND timewalking would give players a significant boost in EXP compared to normal dungeons, and they don’t want people skipping through the first few days/weeks of the expac.

i can understand that i just dont wanna have to wait till the next time bc timewalker comes back around becasue thats not wait alittle longer
I wish they would do something about BC Blacksmithing. Trying to finish the last 4 points is insane. Motes of Fire and Water are absurdly priced and the only gear you can craft is a green level skill up, which is basically a “maybe” slanted heavily toward “no skill up point”. WoTLK was by contrast easy.
At least an explination Blizzard? This is so disheartening to everyone who farmed glaives and has been waiting patiently.

I wish they would just combine all the timewalking events into 1 week. it sucks having to wait through 5 cycles just for the one you want to come back around. Actually make that 6 cycles, since I presume theyll be adding Legion dungeons into the rotation now.

With any luck they will just delay it instead of replacing it in the cycle.
As I’ve mentioned in the other thread about this posted in the last couple days, I still think it’s stupid that you have to do this. What’s the point of unlocking legendary tmog if you have to pass through hurdle over hurdle to use it.
Motes of fire and water can be farmed fairly easily.
You’ll have to wait till March. It was intended. Like I and others have said…you’d have raid loot before first raid comes out. Not to mention potential bugs in the TW event regarding the squish and scaling damage.
Who remembers RoS being a wall.
They recently hotfixed Kologarn so he wouldn’t grip 3 people. Even though ulduar tw has been around long enough. He was a wall for a lot of groups and most don’t finish ulduar tw.
Wonder if they will ever tune firelands TW.
Okay, why not just push all the TW events forward instead of skipping TBC entirely? Replace Wrath TW event with TBC TW event and push the others forward, that would be the smart thing to keep everyone at least content and not too upset.

^ what he said. seems like a lot of you completely miss the point. it makes no sense that they remove TBC timewalking from the current cycle instead of pushing the cycle back. Don’t give the BS of “jUsT wAiT uNtIlL mArcH”
Thought the glaives were turned into DH weapons? Or did they reverse that?

But I got the achievement 2 years ago.
Still would like to use my glaives as single minded fury in tbc tw.
Another reason removing it sucks is because of the toys and mount sold by vendor. Not to mention removing my favorite event where I can use shadowmourne.
There has been numerous threads about removing it, so maybe blizzard will do something.
