Valkyr is stock in air. Cant proceed with the quest

According to the Wowhead page, this might have something to do with war mode being enabled. If yours is, try disabling it and trying again.
Valkyr is still stuck in the air. Cannot proceed. War mode is not enabled. How do I move on?
So apparently switching on Warmode works, since you go to a different instance of Skyhold which doesn’t have the bugged Valkyr.
I think you could also try having a warrior friend on a different realm go to Skyhold and invite you to their shard; that might work too. Just try anything that gets you to a different instanced version of Skyhold where the Valkyr might not be bugged.

This bug was not fixed it is still evading with over 10 people trying to complete the quest we can’t get off of Skyhold without completing it. I do not have warmode on.

Still bugged, but can confirm that going through the hassle of going to Org to enable WM before returning lets you complete it.
