The quest the Chosen Few in Skyhold on dragonblight is bugged, on of the Val’kyr Challengers is stuck at 33% and evading, and no one can do the quest.
this quest is also bugged for me - please help since this is a campaign quest!

Same. About 20 of us standing around right now. Nobody can attack or do anything.
I see at least 10 players stuck here with me on this quest as the Val’kyr Challenger evade bugs for everyone as of 12:45 on 2021-09-06
I am having same issue that the Challenger is at 33% and won’t change. Can’t make it work.
Have everyone in the zone / instance log out and wait 15+ min and then log in. Hopefully it will reset and it won’t be evade bugged.
This quest was bugged for me last night on Drenden and is still bugged today. The Val’kyr Challenger is stuck at 34% and is evading.
I got it completed by switching to WM (War Mode) and in that instance it wasn’t evade bugged. GL
Bugged here on Arathor too. Sigh.

Yup, still bugged. Have to wait til my alt can finish it
I was told you can switch to war mode and come back and it will work since it changes the instance, giving it a try now
Same here, on Hyjal. It’s a campaign quest and not fair if we can’t continue!

CAN CONFIRM THAT GOING ALL THE WAY TO SW TO TURN ON WARMODE WORKS.
i got there and killed 2 and for some reason at first it wasnt counting my kills but i kept killing the challengers and finally i got it done…
