I love how this game has a lot of people complaining about the game being boring, meanwhile they are still playing it… astonishing really. Like wtf were you expecting? Free Legendaries? Borrowed Power? Crappy Gear with a purple tag to confuse the average player? If you want Legion? wait for Legion Classic, itll be here soon enough, meanwhile, go play another game if your that unhappy with The War Within, its a trilogy, think of it like the Hunger Games, first movie was boring as crap because it had to build up to the chaos that was Catching Fire and Mockingjay, I did not expect anything less with this. Deal with it.

Your comparing apples with pots now. Order Halls wasn’t a progression path it was a immersion mechanic. Delves while there is some story in it, is mostly a progression path and progression paths have not changed. Kill things get loot, kill more things get more loot. If you got a issue with story we can discuss that, but pretty sure people will say that has always been a little on the wonky side.
I’ve never understood the push back … just seems like a lot of grown adults who can’t deal with someone disliking what they like.

Here’s mine: Even though I just finished the MQ, there are quests everywhere, delves everywhere, the place is freaking gorgeous, the Spiderdudes are so cool they should be the next race…kobolds too… that right now, this looks like it’s going to be an enjoyable expansion for me.

I hate to agree because I want to love it but it’s not great. Hallowfall is a very cool zone but the music is something a court jester would play.
The dungeons aren’t fun really and the armour that we see so far is ugly AF.
I don’t think we’re ever getting another Legion or MoP again. Especially not if they’re going to be doing this trunkated release.
That’s something you can absolutely tell in the story is it feels like the set up to a trilogy and not a contained story. Like the first part of a TV mini series. It’s not terrible like Shadowlands but it’s on par with DF which people gave a pass simply because it’s wasn’t Shadowlands.

I literally just stopped playing and am going to watch Netflix or something. I’m done, put a spork in it, ship it to the bookshelf, and I’ll wait until the season starts. Or maybe I’ll log in later out of boredom and level my DH up the rest of the way a bit then log back out again.

dude the official launch is literally tomorrow , we’re still in early access , have you ever tried early access in any other games? i guess not , well simple explaination… you don’t even need a brain to know what early access provides for the buyers. its literally just lvling / exploring and testing new contents , they will not and will never release everysingle content in early access , so it’s completely normal to feel bored after 2 days in early access , nothing much to do yes but that’s like every expansion first week of launch , it’s all interduction and getting to know the story and new characters in game and just preparations , so yeah they’ve been doing that forever now , so go out touch some grass take a break and return when season 1 start and only then u can decide whether the expansion is boring or fun
