First amendment doesn’t have anything to do with what you can say in a social space created entirely by a private entity. You agree to abide by blizzards terms when you use their space. If you don’t like it, don’t use that space.
This isn’t exactly true, but I understand the point you’re trying to make. But the point you’re trying to make is also wrong. Freedom of speech/first amendment doesn’t protect against speech that incites or causes harm, or even threats of harm. So in a situation where an individual is using words to convince someone to harm themselves, that individual can be held responsible for the harm their words caused.

You got it right. If someone get reported for “language”, Blizzard should first be looking to see if they have their language filter on or off. If it is off, then there should be no ban, has the child that was offended, choose to see this type of language.

Have you seen the media the last few years? Left wing is lying to everyone saying we must accept everything they say as if it’s ALL truth and you will get jail time or worse if you don’t obey them. Not all left wing are crazy, just most seem to throw reason and critical thinking out and doing no “real” research themselves.
Now there are some crazy right wing as well doing the same. I don’t believe, which wing are you on, so much as are you using your brain, and turning off the media on both sides once in a while to remember we are all humans trying our best. There are crazies everywhere, just don’t get entangled with them. I’m not either side myself. I just can’t accept “truth” without doing research myself.
