I can see it being metaphorical. The Arbiter “rules” over the Shadowlands, so death itself could be her scepter.

But is she actually blind? Could just be wearing the eyeless mask for the fashion. :thinking: I know that’s what I would do.

Scepters are strong symbols of authority, so a scepter of bone representing a ruler of the shadowlands does make sense.

No idea, because it refers to something she is yet to do.

It’s like the whole “The king of diamonds has been made a pawn”. We knew he was talking about Magni, but we didn’t know what that meant for Magni until we saw that the Heart of Azeroth was needed to free N’zoth lol

Probably. The WoW universe was created by the union of Void and Light. That includes the Shadowlands.

It’s Helya IMO.

She’s blind because Odyn took her Val’kyr and most of her warriors, so she’s mostly blind to what’s happening outside of her realm now.

Scepter of Bone is obvious with her.

I’m really not surprised. I had the feeling the Arbiter would screw something up. There’s no such thing as a purely holy and good being in WoW.

That being said she looks awesome.

Perhaps it is a reference to blind justice. Something relating to the arbiter title.

I see it as her being the head honcho of the shadowlands. Evidence proves to show she mainly has reign over the place. It does say she essentially is the one that judges all the souls that come in and decides which covenant gets the soul coming in.
