You didnât say more requested.
You asked why we got them instead of fish bois.
Cause mechagnomes are cool.
I still very much support Ankoan/Jinyu.

only if horde get hozen. give the factions their MoP buddies!
Yea. Most of us do support them even if we also like mechagnomes.
Ankoans and Jinyus, Hozen and Giblins⊠both joined us technically so Iâd love to play them
The Jinyu did for sure. Are we sure the Ankoan actually joined the Alliance?
Iâm 99% sure that theyâre just heavily Alliance associated, there was never an official joining moment. Theyâre pretty much as close as you get without officially allying or joining.
Unshackled I know for a fact are in that boat, never officially joined or allied with the Horde, but after the Nazjatar storyline, and some popping up in Durotar, theyâre very strongly Horde associated as well.
I know the Unshackled at least do show a significant interest in joining the Horde.
Do we see that with the Ankoan? I havenât noticed. Just curious.
Still think they should be playable and alliance!
Not that Iâm aware of, itâs been a year since I did Nazjatar on Alliance though. Ankoan donât pop up like Unshackled do in Durotar, that I know.
Thatâs pretty weird, Nazjatar, in general, feels like a complete afterthought story-wise
Iâd kinda like to see a post-BFA version of Nazjatar thatâs been flooded back.
Perhaps it could even be home to playable Kelfin, Ankoan (maybe even Jinyu), and Naga.
Could add more dwellings and decorations to the cave or ruins where the Kelfin/Ankoan were showing some outward expansion.
I think the gender differences should be that females are smaller and have duller colors than males, tbh. If it isnât a mammal, then it shouldnât have mammaries.
The unshackled are still hanging out in durotar when Shadowlands hits which is interesting. There is no confirmation as to what exact reason they are out there is, but I believe that they if not apart of the horde, they are definitely sticking around as allies. And isnât that what allied races basically are? After all. No other race we helped from BFA has shown up at a capital city aside from the playable ones.
A sethrak shows up in Dazarâalor after you complete the Volâdun storyline. Besides that one, that statement is correct, unless you specifically mean Orgrimmar and Stormwind, in which case itâs correct in the first place.
Thats not as significant as a race showing up in a capital city.
No other race we helped in BFA that hasnât become playable has legitimately shown up at a capital city and they showed up in 8.3 no less. The same patch in which Vulpera joined the horde. Its possible that they are apart of the horde even cause they are still there when shadowlands hits. Or at the very least strong allies. In the case of the sethrak, they will remain in Zandalar as more events proceed. In fact, this leads me to believe at some point in development gilgoblins were originally planned to be a playable race.
No to lame fish race.
What race would you rather be playable out of curiousity?
Vykrul, flesh or metal version. Or Metal dwarves.
Hopefully someday the character select screen is massive with all kinds of wow races playable.
I would recommend that you make a thread for Vrykul then rather then poo poo in another thread.
I feel like thatâs what made me think Ankoan were coming in the last set of allied races. They were helped exclusively by the Alliance and didnât have a mid-questing âjoining the Allianceâ chain like the Taunka did back in wrath. There was so much potential there, but I can still hold out some hope for for glorious samurai fishy bois to show up in shadowlands
