It appears the Alliance and Horde are inevitably heading toward peace, which is great! But what if there is a third faction? A lawless free for all PVP faction? This faction would be a serious choice for players that want full PVP. Once choosing it they would be permanently flagged for PVP with other FFA faction players. Alliance or Horde could also have the option to attack them, but then the Alliance and Horde player would be flagged for PVP and begin to gain FFA PVP Rep. This would require a FFA city where FFA players could go, but of course they would never be safe as all the other FFA players could attack them at any time.

They could only attack other players that opted in to the FFA faction. So, it would be a risk you take.

its funny this scared blizzard from maknig the undead their own faction during vanilla wow, vice versa for the NE’s.
They should do a new xpac unrelated to the horde and alliance. Depending on what side we pick similar to the pandaren would determine who we fight. It could be 2 to 4.
it should allow horde and alliance players that are on the same house or w/e to work together, but its a conflict not related to azeroth thus it focus more on a player story wrather than some. “lets hate each other but find the power of unity and conquer our hatred to kill this next god/ex bad guy/ old bad guy/ good guy turned bad story we’ve been doing forever!”
Oh man I would love for some FFA PvP other than timeless isle and the little dailies.

Blizzard literally stated they have no plans in the future to eleminate faction barriers.

Nah, needs to be a toggle, not a 3rd faction, let people who go into FFA toggle be able to group together.
I dunno, I feel like this 3rd faction would consist of Human Ret Paladins/Night Elf Hunters and Undead Rogues/Mages.
They could group, but they would still be able to PVP one another. Gotta watch those AOEs!

Meh. Wpvp is pretty much dead right now. That would only make things worse. I still vote for a timer before you can turn WM on and off, like a pansy penalty.
I was doing a quest on an alt recently and got ganked while reading the quest, turns out if was a blood elf, the quest flags everyone hostile. I never cared for the N’zoth sliver type ganking, though I know plenty who do love it.
Like a giant Gurubashi Arena under Oribos?

There is a bell in Revendreth that makes you hostile to everyone for some rubies, I wish it was permanent

Honestly, I love this idea. Being able to form a raid and take over an area, fighting off anyone who tries to touch it. Guilds would claim certain spots for themselves and encourage massive fights. Ugh I want this.
