i remember back in wrath. seeing a warrior with marrowgars axe.
that made me want to get into raiding in the first place. aspirations aren’t a bad thing.
also stop trying to make this about cutting edge progression. some of those abilities were performing 20-50% above other choices that’s not acceptable regardless of what tier of play you enjoy.
You lost me there. Seeing you say that shows youre striving for the parses just like the rest of them are.
I disagree with this. I’d rather they not have a bunch of new systems that drastically change the game. It would be better to have new stuff that we don’t have to put a bunch of grinding into.
5% is a huge difference in this game where the difference between specs on 1 class alone can be 10% or more. Let’s not even count the different classes not being within 5% of each other either.
Your ignorance on this is hilarious and I bet your guild laughs at you behind your back.
As opposed to the clearly not toxic way you posted this?
Casual players are far more toxic than high end players. Why do you care about how someone else plays the game? Do you understand that the proposed change, while better, is still going to have a demonstrated negative impact without any corresponding positive effect?
Oh man, It would be hilarious, they literally made 3 soulbinds so ppl choose one for each spec if they want to multispec but god forbid if you dont have to use the best soulbind for everything xD
And you do realize that happens every time and things are better after launch and after pre mythic tuning? Or do you like to pretend because things are unbalanced now they will remain for the launch.
WoW never was and never will be balanced to a satisfactory degree because tryhards would see even a 3% increase as enormous
Well many people avoid their own hidden thoughts and it sometimes shows a lot.
Then they never make a choice, if yhou change to the obviously most optimal build for every boss you never make a choice or commit to anything, you never have real weaknesses that wou wont talent away for the encounter with a tome
That is what bad players believe, any decent players know they can do content just fine and beat the majority of the playerbase even with a sub optimal build cuz skill always matters more.
My guild understands that, tryhard guilds fail to do that sadly which is why they are often so toxic.
and yet they keep adding new systems to tune before launch as well new covenant abilities are still being added. idk about you but i cant wait for the posts to come in after xpac launch saying why is this class doing 30% more damage than mine.
Nah, I just want to play off specs, because let’s be real, most classes only have 1-2 good conduits to begin with. Meaningful choice as an excuse is laughable for people who only play 1 spec, and only serves to punish people for playing an off spec. At what point should I just level a second druid as resto instead of trying to acquire resto gear on my current druid?
Also, why are class strengths and weaknesses always conveniently ignored when arguing for covenants.
What are the strengths of a Necrolord balance druid? What reason do I have in any form of content to play it? Covenants don’t solve your fix here.
The difference between the best and worst loadout for Balance druid is nearly 30% currently.
I don’t care what other people do. If you want your restriction, then don’t swap your covenants and soulbinds. I’m not telling you what to do. Only one side is trying to force their vision upon the other.
