I cannot send a crafting order to my alts. Each time I try, I get an error stating “That player does not exist”. I have placed hundreds of orders before, why is this now happening?
Sounds like it may be a loading or sync error, Stormcrow. Have you tried fully relogging, even the launcher?
Yes. I have disabled all addons and tried to relog, reload, and request from the other side. I tried again this morning from another toon and got the same result. Are there battlegroup restrictions in place? This is going from Stormrage Horde to Zuljin Horde. I did just transfer the character on Stormrage from Zuljin (3 days ago), could that play any roll as well?
Possibly. I’d submit a ticket. I could see this being an update issue from the transfer, but that would need to be looked into further.
You can’t place cross-realm orders.
This looks like the case now. Before 10.1 I was able to send and receive to and from Tichondrius/Zul’Jin without issue. Not sure if that was an error and they “fixed the glitch” or not.
Were Tichondrius and Zuljin a connected realm? That may be why you were able to do it before moving to Stormrage. From memory its only materials and consumables that are a part of the cross realm AH. Everything else is limited to the connected group or realm
