Sadly, none of these events are available in twisting. Just the regular levels.
Looked at it, then promptly ignored it because I had runs to complete and it would have just made it take longer and be more annoying. E.g. I have better things to do and I already need to regrind soul ash because y’all messed up my legendaries… and didn’t give a gold or soul ash refund.

I run with a boomkin… and they go BRRRRRRT… we usually complete both wings at layer 8 in less than 30min

As a boomkin myself, it was crazy burst.
Killed a layer 8 end boss with it before I even got to convoke.
So this is some sort of Torghast thing? No wonder I don’t have a clue what it is. lol
Can we discuss how the power jump is actually a detriment? That single power actually made me die more times than anything.
Yes, they have a torghast event every month, this month is a vial that increases your damage by 75% but turns your screen black (minus UI elements)
How? Seems like just not paying attention?

It’s really not as bad as it sounds. Did it on my ele shaman, both wings, yesterday, one of those wings I didn’t even have Earth elemental cooldowns.
I melted everything in my path despite not being able to see anything.
Died only once on the final boss, but otherwise cleared both at layer 8.

I’m not a fan of not being able to see. But I do understand what you’re saying and it’s a good strategy so that the blackness doesn’t matter.
Me? I just dont run Torghast. So it’s moot to me.

I have occasional lag in Torghast that will prevent me from being able to see new levels of Torghast when I load in for a while…but I can move, cast, etc. I’ve basically had this flask without the power addition since day one.
IN a group, you just /follow someone and go to town until the layer loads.
I’ll definitely try it out.
If you aren’t a terrible player you certainly do back pedal at various times.
If you’re spinning your character around changing direction and then spinning it back to get out of an ability that you’re inside of by 2 inches, you don’t know what you’re doing. Especially on players that cast when moving, no reason not to back pedal sometimes.
