playin on one of the most populated servers feels like im lvling alone

u do realise a lot of made blood elves were not all goin to lvl ? and most of them are boosting each other in dungeons.

the world is empty and dead. layers great. ty

Yet even with the layers on my realm people are STILL having trouble tagging mobs in the starter zone, also it’s now day 4, most blood elves that were prepared just got summoned to other starter zones.

Is fighting for / waiting on mob spawns that exciting? Because a lot of the classic quests would be borderline impossible atm if everyone was on the same layer.

definitely not, but I think that’s what this person wants?

starting zone. yea cool even tho i made a toon right at the launch and managed easily do all the quests, with no problem to tag. enough to go to ghostlands to see way less players

and then go and check other zones like hillsbrad or stv. dead. every is lelvin in dungeons.
u mistaken the launch of the game when every1 is lvlin with launch of prepatch when just some ppl are lvling and most of them lvl ONLY in starting zone to then go and boost lvl in dungeons.

What are you even complaining about?

Is this how TBC is going to be? I want to see dozens of players. Not four or five.

That TBCC launch is exactly the same as Classic launch.

People retreating to safety of dungeon boosting instead of questing in the world.

That’s a player made issue. How would removing layers prevent that?
Are they blanket layering or layering by zone?

the boost in dungeons because its faster not coz its SAFE LMAO
ppl have mains and gold and simply dont care abotu running in the world
so for those who still do layering makes the world extra empty
i swear its funny to see ppl typing that who 100% are not even lvling, otherwise u would understand what i mean

I mean… I am playing a belf and have quested the whole time, zero dungeons and I am constantly seeing other blood elves soo… maybe you’re just unlucky

So what!? I hate this – where people have a moment of difficulty and they ask blizzard to change the game in order to make it easier! THOSE TYPES OF COMPLAINTS GOT THE GAME TO WHERE RETAIL IS TODAY!

Back on Classic release it was both safer (LUL dogpile the streamers LUL) and faster than regular questing wwith raid group XP.

I’ve seen level 60 Alliance camped out spawn killing Horde quest givers in both the Blood Elf starting zone and Crossroads different spots.

You’re going to see the same effect in TBCC, the majority of people are going to dungeon grind to 70.

u do realise that layering doesnt make it harder or easier?
Its simply dead empty world. i see no1 doin the same quest with me to group up, i see no horde to gank and have fun. i see nobody.
and i play on faerlina and bene too

thats called game experience. npc killed - origina l exp, u dont like it and cry? go play retail, th reason ppl wanted this game back to have it back WITH NO CHANGE
i dont need this stupid layering so all npc will be alive. i can play on pve server if thats what i really want.

Even with layering the high pop servers are still a madhouse.

/who stonetalon 25-34: 28 people found
/who tanaris 35-46: 16 people found
/who ashenvale 25-35: 42
/who thousand 26-35: 48
/who arathi high 28-40: 28
/who strangle 25-45: 47

208 people out in the world leveling from 25-46

/who maraudon 35-38: 7
/who maraudon 39-45: 46
/who maraudon 46-50: 26

80 people in Maraudon from 35-50

I could “/who blood elf #” and write down where they are but this has already been too much work while I’m leveling myself.

Guess I should also note I’m Horde on Faerlina.

I cant understand are u trolling or u dont understand what layering is?
first of all thre can be 400 in stonetalon and still coz of layering u wont see any1
second of all u count everyone by \who and see those who simply flying OVER
i have been lvlein in ever zone til 40 lvl on Bene and FAerlina and i barely see a single soul, every1 whos lvling agrees in chat in game. while a guy who simply /who and prolly plays retail just cant admit that he is wrong so brings invalid arguments at this point. just stop .

go lvl and creenshot me when u see many many leveling players in every zone then ill agree

Sounds like a difference in perception. When I see 10 people in an area I don’t think “Yay the world is alive and I’m happy to be here”, I think “**** this quest is going to take forever.”

I go out of my way to avoid congested quest areas, I grind mobs. I saw Shimmering Flats had a nice bunch of quests around my level so went out to do them, took 2 hours because there was 4 other people killing the mobs I needed and I didn’t even get a full level.

I’m on a high pop server and I still have to group up with people to tag named mobs. In most areas there’s more dead mobs than alive ones and I constantly run into people while questing. I’ve had to skip some quests entirely because there were too many people and it was wasting too much time.

And I skipped Eversong and Ghostlands, went straight to Deathkneel to skip the overwhelming crowd.

I have 23 people in stonetalon leveling alone, I am currently waiting on mob respawns because there are so many people.

Sounds like a you problem
