You are completely missing the point…
This isn’t about #nochanges, it’s about the fact that they took the servers down for an extended maintenance, opened up paid transfers, and couldnt be bothered to make a post on their own forums letting people know it happened.

Yes, they have no requirement, however it is good customer relations to be transparent.

This is the blizzard big plan to scam people …they already knowing what going on since release and now here come the money.
Showing how the sausage is made often does worse for customer relations than it helps.
It’s available, it’s announced, that’s all that’s necessary. A 6 month detailed business model isn’t happening.
