The fact this is not revealed until after you playing the game borders on fraud caused by obvious negligence. No they won’t refund you as I have tried and since I was playing to reach level 10 to post I went over some limit on hours played. The worst part is not being able to mail between characters and lifting just that restriction would mollify many.
