I bought the set of level 60 armor that was 376/379 ilevel so I could level up on my days off and you bricked my character when you raised it to level 70… I don’t have items I can even equip now
added for people that just wanna blame players
In wod the crafted gear which which was BOE usable on a level 91 and could be upgraded to I believe the same ilevel as heroic WAS NOT A BUG/exploit(well above stats for a level 100) AKA max level at the time
but I should have known blizzard would have considered this a bug even though they didn’t nerf the wod crafted gear. right???

If the gear was intended it should have already had a level required of 70…
They could have just as easily dropped the Ilevel and reduced stats to that of a level 60 piece.
What would your response be then?

did you really think it was meant for last expansion’s level capped characters? it’s the same ilvl as Dragonflight’s first raid on LFR 
i bought it to just to wreck people in BGs. time to get over it.

Character’s not bricked. Bite the bullet and buy new gear. You had enough for max level gear, you’ll have enough for leveling gear.

Because Catch up mechanics/gear don’t exist in wow oh wait.
I literally spent more on upgrading my BOAS to 59 than I did on my gear set
I could understand if it had NO level requirement but it CLEARLY said level 60
I could also understand if it was one item out of the set but again THE ENTIRE SET and RINGS and WEAPONS were level 60

I meant in terms of price. Granted, a lot of those pieces are cheap now.
Idk why catchup gear would be for levelers, let alone at the same ilvl as the max level zone.
So you spent a boat load of gold on gear that would be replaced within days if not hours. Idk what to tell you. You need to raise you minimum gold limit.
Yeah, this is a Blizzard mistake. But it doesn’t brick your toon. And gear more than 100 ilvls above the other DF greens should have been a big red flag.

Many of my lvl 50 toons (and below) have felt your pain since prepatch where they decided to say “legacy items disabled” without saying “legacy items disabled”.

I literally just started playing again FRIDAY FOR Fricks SAKES actually I didn’t even play on friday really, I played on sunday for a few hours
I played for about a week after dragon flight released and maybe 2-3 weeks during shadowlands
I just got off work to find I am softlocked on the game now.
I’m level 62 with 24 Ilevel
Didn’t you just say you upgraded all your 'looms?

The problem is that as a returning player, you should have already known what the endgame ilvl is for levels you haven’t seen yet. How dare you not understand their arbitrary ilvl squish yo-yo.
