Thank you Blizzard, the XP buff has been extended!

You have 3 days it takes 1 day to get from.58 to 110

If you were playing your normal play time due to still working due to being essential, you were still leveling twice as fast as you would have been otherwise.

I much rather have a rep buff then another xp buff. The xp buff was more then long enough for me to level all the alts to 120 that I wanted to. Now a rep buff afterwards would be nice and more appreciated then an xp buff.

Not everyone can just sit in their house and play right now.

Where else would they play? :stuck_out_tongue:

Too be fair, my job is essential services and I’ve been working the whole time.

Tomorrow starts the first day of my week long vacation, which took time to get approved.

I’ll get about 3 days of unadulterated play when other people got the entire month.

I’d like to see it extended too.

it’s not like you need it

I have alts to level, same as everyone else.

And I work 6 days a week normally, so my play time is limited to begin with.

you can level them in shadowlands with the revamp

You’re still talking about a 30+ hour endeavour to reach 110, irrespective of heirlooms.

Considering their next expansion will be making the leveling process significantly shorter (~12 hours with no heirlooms) there is precisely no reason not to keep this boost in place.

You don’t get to decide how I spend my time or where I level my alts, thanks.

When you pay for my account, you can tell me what to do with my characters, thanks.

No, you’re right, but wasn’t that the point of offering the bonus, that people would be home? I no-lifed this character in 4 days (no idea what /played was) so even doing 1/10th that, you’d still have a character 3/4ths leveled during the boost.

If you weren’t able to play during the boost, well, you wouldn’t have been able to play anyway so why the rush, and if you could play at all you’re still ahead of where you would normally be.

Don’t get me wrong, they could leave the boost in permanently for all I care. I’ll be making a zandalari druid (someday) and I’d love to level it in a boost. Ironically the rep boost will help me get that, so I guess I’ll deal. I’m just saying that a month of boost is still pretty much one boosted character even leveled very casually, and that sounds fair, doesn’t it?

“I don’t have any more alts to level therefore nobody else should have alts to level. This boost needs to go!”

That’s what I’m getting from you.

Why not both?

HOnestly , the reputation buff is far too narrow imho. If it was 100% rep to -all- reputation gains, it might be better, but it’s just base BFA factions, and the Legion factions.

It’s really not that impressive, especially if you’ve already done most of these reputations.

I’m not gonna lie, this feels incredibly entitled. We were given a gift. We had it for an extended amount of time. And people complained like no one’s business. It’s not: “Thanks Blizzard, I appreciated what you did even when you didn’t have to. I also appreciate this second gift.”

It’s we’ll kick and we’ll scream until we get what we want. Not gonna lie, feels like a really sad day for the forums.

Now apologize and say thank you.

Look dude. This is not new. This has been around for awhile. Don’t get all sappy and weird. People are entitled and they always will be. Better it be about a video game buff than something actually important.

 :+1:
good.
I wont be leveling anything else myself but it looks like lots of other players are enjoying it.
Bliz would be really dumb to ruin the FUN of paying customers right now.
