Testing Adding Damage Reduction to PvP

So far my experience has been good, this is WPvP though. I get a chance to fight back now.

In the 20 years that i have played WoW now this is one of the worst decisions you have ever made and extremely lazy I’m very disappointed in this choice …def not the answer. Fine tuning is the answer and things will never be fully balanced but this…is a train wreck of an idea.

blizzard absolutely has no idea what “moderation” means.

Bears can auto attack any1 to death and never die with FR and hots lol

2.5 GPA-tier change

It made a difference before, don’t be ridiculous. Its just that before the changes you could actually make progress against healer without tons of focus fire and CC and Mortal Strike; now anyone who cant heal is at a huge disadvantage.

Uhh, just so that you guys are aware, (not sure if any of yall test warrior or not), this will indirectly nerf the already arguably most underpowered class in pvp. We gain rage based on the damage we deal and now i can’t really generate much rage to use my abilities in an already very difficult playing field.

The devs figured out how to buffs shamans and nerf paladins without telling us.

The shamans are out in droves trying to convince people the changes are good.

I disagree; warriors will benefit heavily from this. Warriors excel in this kind of meta because they have infinite resource gen, high passive damage reduction, good consistent mobility. Those things are much better in longer battles of attrition than in quick bursty meta.

And of course Mortal Strike. Mortal Strike alone will make warriors 100% mandatory in BGs because its the only way to counter the hideously overpowered healing meta you see now.

Anticipated this. Blizzard has something against warriors. Its the most unloved class for 20 years. After vanilla where we arguably werent actually overpowered except for in 2004. Yes people didn’t know how to handle them, and they were itemized better than casters. But in 2019 classic, warriors were getting trucked by casters.

After classic, warriors saw virtually no decent changes to present, and swallowed nerf after nerf, while DKs, Monks, DHs got all the good stuff. Blizzard has no idea what to do with this class, never have, and never will.

casting my big 600dmg lava burst with non stop pushback is great.

they literally said these changes will only last the weekend. im hoping they adjust it to 15% reduction and readd it after.

got hit with a 2444 chaos bolt, is chaos bolt the one ability in the game not affected or just a bug?

Did 10 BGs on my SP, it sucks, wanted to delete my game.

Interpret it as you wish

These changes are great. Rot lock is back!
