Try an Alliance enlistment bonus for the weekend and boost bonus honor for everyone.
See if that fixes queues before making same faction BGs permanent.

Go for it, but I don’t think horde can/will re-roll and lvl 1-70 in time to carry the queue times for a one weekend event
They would never hire me because I’m not the type to propose edgy,knee-jerk reactions to fix problems just to I could impress my superiors.

Free transfers for a weekend, you get to keep everything and choose your race. Lets see if it helps queues.

It would only fix queues temporarily—once Alliance get all the honor they need for gear, they will just stop queuing.

I’m on a server that’s 90% Horde. Why would I want to transfer to a micro minority faction? You’re going to have to give me more incentive than ‘free’.
First off, if you enjoy a 90% horde server that’s a pve server. So you are the wrong demographic for this. You don’t really enjoy fair challenging world pvp. I get it. Not every horde needs to transfer so someone else can take your place.
Secondly it doesn’t just need to be a free transfer. It could be anything from that + improved alliance racials, 50% exp gain, 50% honor gain, extra loot bag with gold in it for queuing up for bgs, ect. That would incentivize people to take the transfer.

There definitely needs to be some opposing force, since Blizzard opened the floodgates. Faction allegiance, if there even is such a thing, won’t cut it.
Only way you’ll convince me to play alliance is to add Draenei warlocks. Until then I don’t give af about whatever lame brained attempt you make into trying to swindle me into your losing team.
Also wpvp died with flying mounts. Anybody acting like they play tbc for wpvp is pants on head ridiculated. Which is a word I had to make up to describe how stupid the idea is.

I haven’t done a BG in over a week because the honor gains are terrible and alliance gets stomped in 75% of the games. If they did this I’d 100% no life bg’s for the weekend because while we might lose, at least it feels like there’s a tangible reward for it. I think horde queues would get better because more people like myself would queue up.
