If I managed to get most of my gear pieces with +speed. Will each of them stack with each other? What about the Minor Speed Enchant for the feet as well? If so, is there a DR? and what is the threshold?
I think the threshold is 30 percent for secondary stats? As in, if you go beyond that you get DR.
Can anyone tell me the DR threshold for the Tertiary +speed stat
leech/avoidance/speed on gear gets a huge nurf in bgs from what i understand. speed is great for pve twinks.
was thinking more of PvP twinking. in the 20 bracket. I know when an item has an increase in percentage% it doesn’t count towards the DR but the rating does. was just trying to find the number where DRs come into place
if its for 20’s im sure someone has done the math on xpoff.
