My account was suspended temporarily and was due to be reinstated last Monday but for some reason it didn’t happen. I’ve made a ticket but I just keep getting a basic copy paste reply with nobody reading the actual ticket.
is it possible for someone to have a look at it?
Try changing your password. Sometimes that forced account “update”, if you would, gives it a nudge past the restriction that isn’t lifting for whatever the reason.
Do you happen to have the ticket number associated with overturning this to 6 months?

It says it was changed to a suspension and for the last 6 months my account page was showing that it would be lifted last Monday at 11:06AM or something around there but when the time came the page changed to just saying suspended.
I’ve got a screenshot of it showing my unban date from when I showed my friends but can’t post here and it doesn’t really show much information anyways, just the unban date.
I also tried to update my password as suggested above
