This week I finished the quest lines for the TK and SSC attunements and did not receive the Tempest Key for The Eye. When a GM answered my ticket, I was told that the attunements, and therefore, the key was removed as it was later on in TBC - despite the promise of attunements being intact for TBC Classic.
Is this just another promise Blizzard fell through on?

I bet that GM is wrong. I hope they’re wrong. Blizzard you promised us attunements! Don’t you take the key away!
GMs today are former husks of the gms of the past. He’s wrong. Ssc and tempest keep are phase 2. So you’ll probably have to wait until then for your key
So, if he did the quest… where will he get the key then

SSC doesn’t have a physical key for its attune.
To my knowledge, attunes are in at the start and being removed in the phase 4 patch
What’s the title issue? Mine is selectable via drop down in character page.
Most likely they did not complete both SSC and the TK quests. You do not get the title until both are done and turned in.
I also have the tempest key in my keyring.
