Made a thread previously explaining basically the same issue and was informed there was a mistake and my ban actually lifted today and not on the 8th.
Well the website now shows that the ban is lifted but the client and game do not and I cannot log in. I tried updating my password to force a change like suggested elsewhere but it did not work. Ticket is getting generic response as usual and is no help
It was my Wow1 that was suspended originally but now its active
