So I just got a loot card, scratched it off etc (not my first redemption) and I can’t seem to redeem it.
I’m wondering if this has anything to do with transferring severs because my character in guild chat is showing as Voidarcane-Dalaran where I am on Whisperwind now (as many others are showing their original server) and if that is the issue.
Landro been disabled due to a bug the still showing original realm is also a bug.
Oh, sorry your post is a bit choppy and trying to understand it. Are you saying they disabled Landro because of it? Or two different bugs entirely?

I doubt a ticket would work u could check known issues.
Ticket times right now are taking a good two weeks, you’re likely better off waiting. It will likely be announced in a hotfix. I don’t believe there is a specific dev post thread to watch for, per se. There’ve just been some sporadic posts from people in your same position.
Last I saw though, Classic iterations have an 8 hour maintenance tomorrow. I’d keep an eye on any notes they put out in case the issue gets resolved and Lando gets back to work.

Just ignore them the codes should be valid landro had to be disabled due to a huge exploit.
Leandro has a bug where apparently he was accepting anything as a valid code for any offering. A few people got banned for using the bug to generate 50 or so spectral tigers.
Might be just a rumor.
