I received a TCG Loot Card for Christmas and when I went to redeem the In-Game code I received on the promotional page, it said the code couldn’t be validated. I have read somewhere that these codes bug on realms that are connected with each other which maybe the case with mine (Black Dragonflight). I also tried clear my cache and put in a ticket regarding this problem.

I’m going to presume you scratched the code yourself and it has yet to be redeemed.
One thing I’ve noticed on a couple cards I had before was that the numbers were…let’s just say the typography was about as blurred as frosted glass, and I had to try several times on those cards until I figured out which digit was incorrect because it looked like another number. For example, 3s looked like 8s, 8s looked like 6s, etc.
If this is in the case on your card, I’d recommend looking very closely at each number and see if you’re able to identify any that potentially look like one number but are another. particularly 3s, 6s and 8s.
