Joker was getting like 400k xp/hour rofl.

BUT but drums are mandatory

xd

Idk what that means, he didnt use drums in the video.

Any ground effects (ie. Flamestrike) aren’t affected by the AoE cap so yeah, mage boosting still alive and well…

People who thought that the AoE cap would kill boosting were fools.

I’ll own up to that one, seems I gave blizz too much credit. Though this seems like they can fix it quite easily.

How are people saying the aoe cap will not fix it when it is clear the aoe cap is not being applied to 2 spells and they don’t want to change it until people pay $$$$ for pallies and mages

Mage + Warlock double farming (flamestrike + Seed of Corrruption).

They use the same coding for consecration and flamestrike so they’d have to severely harm Paladins tanking in order to “fix” it but that still wouldn’t change how ret aura and thorns effects work. If they nerf Flamestrike specifically somehow then they’d just relegate it completely to Paladins as there are a LOT of thorns effects and other non-AoE specific things that Paladins can abuse in that way.

Effect on gear aura and items and trinkets are different from a spammable ability.

There is no question on what to do.

Just like there is no reason to make fresh servers unavailable. These will be used as leverage against dissatisfied customers after they announce the wow token.

They will keep mages and pallies broken for the booster $$$$$$

They’re different but they still work, you’d have to change a lot of stuff to specifically kill boosting that way.

If you really want to kill boosting, you just nerf XP gains based on party max level.

Does that really change much? They just run it more now, because it could never be so significant it makes a 60 coming in to fill a party that fell apart negative.

Just fix the aoe on consecrate and flame strike.

Can’t nerf consecrate because that will severely reduce a pally’s AoE threat in raids.

When do pallies pull 300 mobs in raids

“Fixing” Consecrate could have negative consequences for actual content for Paladins.

If you make it so a level 20 gets 0 XP in a group with a level 28+ killing stuff that will fix it. Nobody cares about not getting XP with a 60 coming to “fill” their party that fell apart, that’s called being boosted.

One/two class able to solo content does not mean every 60 needs to nerf the lower levels.

Why? What would you call a level 60 killing stuff for a low level besides boosting?

Pretty sure I said exactly that earlier and everyone was telling me how it was impossible
