TBC Classic - Stalagg NO ALLIANCE ? broken server/ No merge?

So - i believe I know the answer already, mind you I’m not 100% sure of this.

How the hell do you get Halaa tokens without alliance on the server?

I am horde, and been on Stallag since the start. I literally have seen only 1 single alliance player in open world PVP - EVER…

So are the game mechanics broken because we won’t merge servers to have more alliance? We just do not get the allowance to enjoy this content?

So, you’ve been enjoying your PvE server for 21 months and NOW it’s a problem? And NOW you want a server merger to fix YOUR problem?

No.

Here’s my thing with the faction based mergers. The horde ran all the alliance off of Stalagg the first time. If you merge servers, what’s to stop them from doing it again?

Merc mode would stop them KEKw

Might as well just merge the factions if you do that.

Pay $15 for new account

Pay $40 for a boosted 58 ally

Farm yourself for marks.

Literally P2W

Bro Stalagg died before New Years at launch.

I get the community identity and server pride thing of not transferring off - but what did you expect to happen in TBC?

Like, thinking Blizzard will address this is naive at best.

Stalagg was like 8 horde to 1 alliance by November of the same year Classic launched before P2.5 even came out - and Blizzard didn’t start enforcing faction specific transfers until Zul Gurub launch.

You’re on a dead server, you’ve been on one for like 1.5 years or more.

A lot of horde are on dead servers, some alliance are on dead servers as well. A lot more horde are in the process of being on dead servers within the next month or so.

People who turn their PvP servers into PvE servers don’t care until it effects their bottom line, people reaping the rewards of majority faction with free access to resources don’t care until it effects their bottom line.

That’s just how WoW players are now, your only real option is to transfer off - but I really doubt you care about World PvP in the grand scheme of things.

Vanilla had something like 32 PvE servers and 9 PvP servers.

By comparison Classic had something like 21 PvP servers and 8 PvE servers.

People got duped into thinking PvP servers were the best experience.

Alliance already bit the bullet and transferred to PvE servers when they realized being on a PvE server doesn’t mean you can’t do world PvP.

Horde PvE players just kinda stagnated because they didn’t have anything really keeping them from playing the game on PvP servers.

Might be time for a lot of those horde to bite the bullet and find new homes.

Like skeram the alliance dipped during the free transfers the first month of classic because they saw a 55-45 faction split.

Then the horde ganked the alliance from 65-35 down to 80-20 at which point the rest left at once.

Reap what you sow, etc etc

I had to leave Heartseeker because of Stalagg Horde.

No amount of merging will fix the imbalance, good luck.

Send an ingame mail to Pfizer on Stalagg with your ign. I may be willing to help you out.

i expected to return to the game and have fun on a Pv P server. sorry for all you folks that have continued play for years, its just new to me and a sad thing to return to lol. Also im not paying a dime more than I have to for something that Blizzard should fix

he’s the forum troll and extremely annoying/unlikable

I think the solution would be for blizzard to allow Horde guilds to transfer for free as alliance guilds. Assuming people actually care about PvP and want to do what was intended. I for one would take the offer to join the losing team, and play as the game were intended. Assyming its even possible to convince friends and Horde members to fight back against their own

The solution is to switch servers.

and leave the friends? I mean maybe you play to be alone, but it’s hard for someone like me whom is social.
