I did my first arena match today and I noticed that people would act strangely, spotting me when I was stealthed like hell. After a couple of researches, I found out they were using an UNFAIR ADDON that gives them many informations !
The addon actually tells you when you see a rogue / druid which isn’t the case of the original UI
It displays enemy casts even though you’re not targetting them !
It shows cooldowns such as trinket cooldowns, so you don’t even have to think about it, the addon tells you if your target will be able to trinket your upcoming control !
Worst thing probably : it tells you how much diminishing returns you’ll get with your spells and WHEN THEY RESET !!!
The addon tells me if someone is drinking so I just have to click on them and send my pet !
Last but not least, you simply have to right click on the addon to set your focus !!! While I previously had to click on the portrait and select “set focus” on the drop down list, now I can do everything with just one click !
BLIZZARD YOU NEED TO FIX THIS ! I am about to reach 1600 rating and I want that sweet resilience gear for tanking and mitigating crits from bosses, I don’t really care about arenas but this is really breaking my good time on the game !
Quit assuming tbc is the next thing thats coming many of us would much prefer classic+ as every expansion we do puts precedent to do more and more expansions and even TBC brings us closer and closer to retail.
I’m hoping for TBC classic. I highly doubt Blizz will do a classic+. That means they won’t get darn near free money for their shareholders from TBC servers. The sub count would skyrocket with the release of TBC let alone wrath.
Kind of funny, but pretty off base. In TBC Arena, you KNEW there was going to be X amount of enemy players when the gates opened. Spy alerts players to an adversary they may previously have been completely unaware existed.
You might be the only one getting what I’m talking about.
The point here is that we don’t see crybabies about spy coming at other things such as DBM or (in the future, perhaps) Gladius with the sames arguments such as “it gives you too much advantage over your opponent” and stuff like that.
Progressions servers are cheap and market proven, classic plus would be ions team making classic “better” by making it more like the xpacs they have worked on.
I understand there would probably be gladius in classic tbc but wasn’t it something completely different during actual tbc? Wasn’t it like proximo or something? God that addon was pretty bad
My exact thoughts here. Classic + will sort of come… but it’s just going to be them adding in ‘classic like qualities’ to retail. They will never pull the trigger on this all the way though because that would mean the deletion of everyone’s stuff.
Which honestly I don’t understand why they don’t just do that. People holding onto all their pretty cosmetics and achievements is holding retail back IMO. They could start on a completely new slate and make a game and storyline that isn’t just patching the mistakes of their last expansion like they have been doing since forever
We know you prefer it, but TBC and Wrath are VERY low-hanging fruit. It’s pretty certain that they’ll do classic versions of those long before they do Classic+.
