Absolutely not. I just started a couple weeks ago and am havin a lot of fun. We have people of all leveling in our guild, and are working with established raiding teams to help gear people up quickly and get them core spots.

Our first guild Kara raid is scheduled for Saturday at 2pm.
Would like to grow this into a weekend raid team to eventually down all current content with non conflicting times with our SoM core raid:
