TBC Netherwhelp Collar not able to be claimed

I have about 6 wow accounts in total, only one of which I use for Classic. I have the original collector’s edition for TBC registered on my battle.net account but on a different wow account from the one I use today for classic. I have a Naxx geared level 60 Druid I intended to main in TBC as well as a 6 month sub already purchased intended for TBC. I did all of this before knowing about the netherwhelp being gated to the one account. I feel as though I’m being robbed of something that is mine …
