You cannot transfer a character to another World of Warcraft account
Due to a situation that occurred during the “Great Classic Character Lock”, and moving countries/servers, prior to TBC release, I have a character on the wrong WoW Game account and would love to transfer it to a different WoW account.
While I know the Battle.Net account grouping feature was added in Wrath, prior to that point, you could still move characters between accounts if they both had the same billing address.
So why is this feature not enabled for TBC?
It provides no ‘gameplay difference’.
It isn’t a flavour element.
It isn’t abusable since it’s the same Battle.Net account.
Why do we have to wait for Wrath for something we could do in original TBC, just by another system that no longer exists?
Ye. Suddenly they are alergic to money. I was a noob making alts on the same acc. I couldn’t raid and craft at the same time. Wanted to move alt off main acc for a long time
Perhaps it is to prevent people from buying a 58 boost on the second account and buying an xfer to move that boost into the main. Because yes, some people have asked why they can’t do this.
If they wanted that, they’d enable it, because I am paying for multiple accounts and this would make that better for people. Their lack of this feature ensures people are less likely to open new accounts, thus depriving them of revenue. You can’t use what I’m asking for, unless you’re paying for multiple accounts.
