so i pay for a 2nd account on my same battle net, my main account has 2 characters in sulfuras us tbc classic, so me excited to level a rogue, i decided to get a 2nd account and boost a rogue , my problem was when i logged in, i assummed that the selected server was gonna be the same as my first account and never realized i was boosting my rogue on a incorrect server, and processed the paid boost, when i realized my mistake, i opened a ticket immediatly, i just want to ask if theres a chance i can get help on this, i havent even logged into the boosted character
There is a chance that they’ll be able to help out. It sounds like you put in the ticket immediately after the mistake and that’s the best thing you could have done. Here’s hoping that they can make an exception and lend you a hand.
If they are able to help, it will mean refunding the purchase and letting you buy it again.

thanks for the fast respondo, i reall hope so, i actually dont need to be refund to my credit, would accept battle net balance, so i can purchase the boost again.
Unfortunately, the only way to get another boost is if the original one is refunded. You’re limited to one boost per WoW account, so they usually need to refund the purchase on these from what I’ve seen.

yeah thats what im looking for, i created a level 1 to boost that, i dont want to keep the one i boosted by mistake. But whatever they have to do, im ok with that
