IS IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO LET GUARDIAN DRUIDS, THAT ARE PLAYED AS dps,(there are many of us) TO USE THE dps ESSENCES, MAINLY REAPING FLAMES? INSTEAD OF HAVING TO PLAY A SPEC WE DO NOT LIKE OR CARE FOR, LIKE FERAL?

Ummm no, because of the reason you pointed out… what if the corruption you wanted is in the first rotation but because you did content when it was current, you have zero echos… So you might not just be a week or two behind but a month or two behind waiting for it to come around again… Where as the person who has 40k can buy 2 or 3 of them… Its not just being behind a week then is it?
Great changes! The only issue is the no corruption on cleansed items. Hope they fix that ASAP.
I mentioned in other posts it’s a fairly easy problem to solve via a reset or capping how many you can keep and converting the rest.
The rotation is still the bigger issue.
You guys benefited hugely from the last change though because all your alts got to leech those rank 3s. That last change when they brought in echoes in the first place should never have happened, you guys should have had to spend time earning essences on all your alts like people did before.
I mean these changes are great and all, but they are also a stunning condemnation of HOW BAD these systems introduced in 8.3 have been. It’s quite sad to see that you guys fail, time and time again, to learn from your mistakes and listen to players. This is why introducing wholly unnecessary systems like this is bad for the game, because when you do a bad job of balancing it we then have to have band-aid fix after band-aid fix put on top to make it work. Why was corrupted gear necessary in the first place?
I will give Blizzard some credit for basically admitting that these 8.3 systems are abject failures, but I cannot be truly happy with these changes because your organizational learning is terribly weak (or the development process is being dominated by a small number of people) and I know these mistakes will repeat themselves again and again.
I get the alt vs main argument, but what does this mean? Coming at reset on Tuesday? Some arbitrary time on Thursday? This affects players beginning to work on gathering the echoes, especially from the N’Zoth invasions.
The secondary stat corruptions can be more interesting than random procs that deal damage. Haste stacking in particular with certain abilities. Haste stacking can also increase your RPPM for other corruptions/essences/trinkets.
Ineffable truth can be interesting for some healers.
Secondary stat corruptions are not interesting. Even if they are effective, they are just more secondary stats.
I’ve just been purging or scrapping all my corruption gear.
Especially those stupid ones with massive corruption costs.
Can you please extend the rep bonus? I’ve managed to get two friends and their late teenage kids to play, but when they found out they’ll be grounded past Mists unless they do Pathfinder, they’ve almost given up playing, and we were all having a blast until I mentioned it.
It would also be great to extend it to all reps, for those of us trying to get the Rep mount.
You’re an IL 450 Garbo progression healer… don’t think you know what you’re talking about. You know there’s corruptions that allowed monks to pull 300K HPS? And PvP healers love gushing wounds. And melee hearts can benefit from twilight
They probably should forget about doing WoD and Legion pathfinders since flying will be given to them in Shadowlands for at least those two expansions.

You get the point. There’s healer corruptions that aren’t just stat buffs.
I’m guessing, Garbo as in Greta Garbo, and her famous line, “I want to be alone.”
Translation: Solo progression.
But then I’m Azshara’s mom old, so I could be wrong, and Garbo could have a brand new meaning.

There’s just DPS corruptions, and tank corruptions.
And secondary stat corruptions.
None of them are interesting for healers. Just gonna purge / scrap them all.
