Targeted Corruptions and Faster Cloak Empowerment

It was just an example of what to expect price wise, those arent the only ones that will be available

I think this actually might be my first forum post.
Excuse me if I missed this somewhere. But when I full clear a vision, will I get multiple pages from that run, or will my bag/the quest limit me to obtaining two pages from that vision run.
TL;DR Can I get enough pages for two cloak-up’s from one vision.

Nope, 1 vision, 1 level.

How many corruption pieces do you think people have? By definition, you get one chance to get a single corruption that you want out of 52 corruption gear drops. Now now you need that 9 more times. How many people do you think has multiple of their best corruption?

Heartbreaking but understandable. Thanks for the reply

I dunno, my once a week alt has about 30 pieces in his inventory. I assume people who play one character has double that at least.

2.5k, not 25k.

I thought people “wanted” their alts to be able to more quickly jump in.

A new currency undermines that.

You have had no reason to have echoes, and really, you have posts showing blizz is giving you them if you aren’t getting them. It is asinine to claim this is a main unfriendly anything as this expansion has been ANTI alt since its inception

Meh, bring back rep bonus. It was actually useful for gold farming versus garbage corrupted gear that will be useless come Shadowlands in a few months.

Wiping the echoes currency is worse.

It sounded to me like the highest any cloak quest will require is 2 pages.

And only 2 pages of you are cable of getting 2 pages in one run (usually by clearing the 2 lost or 2 corrupted areas).

You can’t upgrade 2 ranks in one run, but you will always be able to get 1 rank in 1 run.

Listening to a lvl 12 troll is worse

that guy is an idiot. Just don’t argue with him. He even said “you should have all the corruptions by now”

That doesn’t really address my concern - the cost/acquisition ratio remains the same. If you have 800 echoes now, and the cost goes up to 2500 Echoes, I would only have to do 2 major assaults to catch up in terms of echoes. But that doesn’t really help the fact that we’d both be paying 2500 per, thus I’m really not catching up at all. In order to catch up, cost must come down while acquisition comes up. That’s not what’s being described here. In the above example, you’d still have more echoes than I, and would be able to buy an essence before I do. That’s no catch-up.

Agreed that would be a stupid idea.

So lets assume 60 corruption pieces. That’s only one corruption piece that you wanted. How is that remotely “That means you already have all the corruptions”?

Very nice! A lot of great improvements, Thanks!

The catchup is buying rank 3 essences at all.

The x5 shift is to lessen the gap between those with a lot of echos and those with few. It’s not a catchup for a catchup.
