I’m unable to trade with my group members and other members of the same faction as well.

Are you on Warmode? That’s the only reason I can think of.
What have you tried so far?
Usually relogging does the trick for me.
I am not on Warmode.
This problem has persisted for the past 3 days, I’ve tried reloading, restarting the game, restarting my computer, reinstalling the game… Nothing has helped
Any funky buffs or quests? Those can be pretty tricky.
Also, queuing up and dying in an arena has helped some people with weird persistent debuffs.

I believe you still have to be in an instance for factions to no longer matter. Trying to do stuff in the open world won’t work.

If it worked before and does not over the last 3 days and all the suggestions above do no good, and it is not some quest or something, then it is likely a bug. You can submit a ticket and ask a GM to look at it. I’m not certain what category would be best, perhaps someone here would know.
If it is a bug, then the GM would likely suggest you create a bug post so the right eyes can see it. But, perhaps there is some magic a GM can do.

Edit edit: I saw you said you did a reinstall, and I want to say that resets the WTF folder and what not, but idk. There is usually something left I manually delete when I reinstall, idk if that covers the wtf folder or addon folder etc. as I just nuke it all. Anyway, a full UI reset can solve issues.
