everyone knows that we are all = on gear and skill so why should we have to wait for so called bads?
but seriously people that want to pull play the tank or go at thier pace tank and healer set the speed.
if you feel so stongly that you need to pull every time then by all means you do you however when the healer does not heal you or the tank does not peel them off your rotting pile of flesh then you will learn to b e a team player it is not just about you
and one more thing if you want to be the king make your own group i hate having to say that however it is true you do not have to pug make a group of like minded people and there ya go no more crying because you keep getting kicked from groups
Glancing through this thread all I see is arrogance, misplaced good intentions and a lot of misinformation.
For one, I’ve been tanking for years and if you have DPS pulling one of two things is usually happening:
- They know the pulls and are helping you pull. This is a legit thing. Especially with good hunters + misdirect.
- You’re going too bleeding slow for your group, which means you misjudged what the group was capable of and need to pick up the pace.
There are, of course, other scenarios but those two have been the most common in my experience.
A good tank can judge every group by the end of the first or second pull and set the pace accordingly. A bad one cannot.
Also, I haven’t tried but I could probably solo a mythic 0 on my mage now. I already have heroics. Queable dungeons are completely trivialized by a single well geared player that knows what they’re doing.

Healers get the final say no matter what. Tanks pay attention to their healer and make sure everything is good to go. It is that simple.

Wow I’m so sorry I haven’t rolled a second paladin to gauge exactly how low dungeons work nowaday.
Then don’t complain when they stand there and do their best DPS and yet you tank. After all you clearly want to tank, so why should they stand in your way?

You need a second paladin to know that? You’re spells don’t exactly change much by leveling.
From what i’ve seen if a mob takes 10 minutes to be killed then big pulls wont help much lol.
Then you would be the rarest of tanks.
Although your arrogant attitude says otherwise.
A team player like the tank and healer who are not doing what they should to help the dungeon finish?
I have tools, skills, essences, traits, talents and above all knowledge about dungeons and my class.
Are you sure the random tank you’ve never seen before and never will after have those qualities?
And this is why I don’t tank pugs. To avoid jerks like you.
Edit and even if i did, I’d just kick the dps. You are a dime a dozen.
