Tanks should be guaranteed 1 of the 2 pieces of loot at the end of a successfully timed mythic+ since tanks do the most work its only fair. If you dont make the time tanks still should get the 1 item.

Its group content, you should have equal chances… You don’t necessarily do the most work… If done right its about equal on everyone in the group with cc’s, heals, dps priority, etc.

Tanks have very specific responsibilities, but I think there’s a good case for saying healers do the most actual work and undergo the most consistent stress.

Nah tanks need to know routes, count, and do interrupts, know when to mitigate and as a pally i off heal a bit. healers just follow and whack a mole with addons and dispel.
Ive done both and tanking is more complicated

Also everyone is still gearing so its a bit tougher but itll equal out.

Idk chain Stunning, interrupting, and dropping slows for the tank to survive chain pulls while bursting priority mobs seems like dps are doing most the work tbh.
Besides, healers having to keep the entire group, including the tank alive, honestly higher up on the totem pole.
Most of the mythics im doing i outheal the healer. I am the tank and healer. I should get double loot!!

Nah even as a tank I know this is bs. While it’s true 1 dps can usually be bad anymore and your run is basically compromised.
Healing right now is by far most difficult job in mythic.
Lol people saying healers have more responsibilities…tanks are the orchestra directors. They set the pace of the content, they have to discover and know the best routes from memory, they have to prevent everyone else including the healer from getting aggro and dying, and also they have to endure the all the toxic aggro from the other players, because only the tank gets blamed when someone screws up, never the healer.
If you think the healer never gets blamed you’ve never played a healer.
